A: Multi-Color cosmetics series refers to general cosmetics which have the same formula, ingredients and series name except for pigment or percentage. Their safety testing and declaration should be consistent with the following requests of "the Announcement of Ministry of Health about the multi-color series cosmetics”
1: The non-splittable sales package with several products of the same series, can only apply for one product name.
2: The non-splittable sales package with several products of the same series (e.g., powder, eye shadow, Blush, etc.) and have only one product name that need to be registered, can declare as one product. The rest of the declaration data can be submitted as one product except for the product formulation, quality standard & test report.
